Industrial products

One of our main competences is processing and storing products for the industry. We handle both fresh, frozen and aseptic products.

Ørskov Frugt sells the industrial products for further use in e.g. jam, juices and dairy products.

We process many different products, and we aim to constantly expand our product assortment in accordance with costumer preferences.

Our main products at the moment are cherries, black-currant, red currant, gooseberries, strawberries and raspberries.

The fresh raw materials are sorted, washed, frozen and packed by skilled and gentle hands within 24 hours after harvesting.

We clean and process the berries (e.g. by removing stones and slicing) and utilise advanced laser technology to ensure that possible foreign bodies and unripe berries are removed.

Most of the products are frozen and packed for storing in our large refrigerated storehouse (-25˚C) until delivery.

We monitor the production process using HACCP guidelines, which are implemented in our quality control system.
